I took anti-depressants and tranqulizers from 1968 to 1977 while I was going to college. I drank diet sodas. My mind was numb and blank. It couldn’t redender much reason and logic; it was blind to about everything. I had to cheat to get through school. I also had active sin in my life. I lived with this problems for decades. I don’t drinl diet sodas anymore and my mind isn’t numb and blank but I struggle with being able to think well. I did get saved in Dec 1976 while I was close to flunking out of my 4th graduate school and God turned that around and gave me the grace to get through graduate school but I still have various degrees of trouble with thinking, organizing my thought, and etc.. It seems that the only time I am free from the trouble is when I am out soul winning, ministering to people the love of God the best I can, and etc. Afterwards, it is back to being stupid again. Life is hard and indulgences in some pleasure of the fleshthrough life carry a big price tag.

    Hello,
I have recently come off of Lexapro. It was a very long process. I had taken it for over 10 years. I had to literally reduce my dose in very small increments. I am now free, Praise God! It’s sad it took me so long to finally remove myself from my dependency. During the 10 years I was taking this medication I never once went to a therapist. It was prescribed by my then P.A. and continually renewed without any analysis. I began taking it for a depressed time in my life (before being saved) and continued on since I believed it was my lot in life. My mother battles depression, etc… must be in the family… Thank the Lord Jesus I’m free of that demon and no longer believe that lie!

Milk thistle will help remove radiation from the body. I would suggest going to you local health food store that is where u can get it. My husband had taken it for 10 years to protect his liver from the statins he takes and had no side effects hope this helps.

Debra~ I don’t know about detoxing from chemo, but I take IP6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate) daily as a preventative against cancer as this molecule is essential for proper cell division. Since chemo can sometimes cause a secondary cancer down the road, perhaps this would be useful. It is very safe. Please do research on it online. IP6 is found in certain foods but it is bound to protein & must be freed from protein in order for the body to use it. I take it in capsule form, ordered by a trusted vitamin company. Very affordable. I’m also taking just about everything on Brother John’s list and I’m never sick!! Been doing this for years. God bless you.

Well first of all I must say Christianity(religion in general) and science do not go together. SSRI’s do not “increase the production of seretonin”. They do increase the availability and use of seretonin initially, which is why worsening depression is common when starting theses meeds because high not low seretonin causes depression, seretonin is an inhibitory neurotransmitter so excess = depressed. The therapeutic effects comes from regulating the receptors which takes time, hence it is common knowledge AD’s take several weeks-months to work(proven the increase seretonin within 1st day or 2). There is a big difference between depressed mood/unhappy and real depression, many people do just need to change their diet, exercise and such to improve mood, but real depression is a physical condition, not a state of mind, and I hate to tell you but Jesus or any other invisible “god” cannot nor ever has fixed a physical condition. Telling someone to run from medical science and turn to fictitious beliefs is about as irresponsible as it gets. I know, I know, debating religion leads to high emotions and usually goes nowhere, especially since people of faith always pull out the “god works in mysterious ways” card when faced with facts. But consider this one point, the story of a man being born to a virgin, performing miracles, betrayed by a friend/apostle, crucified and resurrected, etc etc was around before the supposed birth of Christ, in more then one different culture. The purpose of life is to always seek the truth and to better ourselves and society, so ideas must crumble in the face of facts, to be proven wrong is nothing to be ashamed of or resistant to, it simply means you must look elsewhere for the answers to your questions. If there was a god, you would know, I promise nobody possess powers or special knowledge that you do not. If you need medicine then take it, the whole point is to improve quality of life, we are going to die eventually.

Your medical science of antidepressants is voodoo, run by a corrupt Babylonian medical system.
It is not a medical condition but that is the lie that promotes this destructive psycho-babble.

I see that you are from the Hard Left and the truth destroys every facet of your thinking system.
You have a religious system with its own faith and it is very destructive.
