It is now very exciting to see how real research into health and nutrition is finding the keys for our health. Diet is so important for preventing cancer and its spread, plus the type of fats we consume is directly related to heart health. Now we are finding the reasons why. With this knowledge we can protect our health and keep us away from the Babylonian medical system. The following two articles are dynamite!

Hey John, I learned these things many years ago and agree totally with this article. My husband and I start the day with a good healthy dose of all the vitamins you mentioned plus flaxseed and fish oil, high fiber cereal, Resveretrol, vitamin C, and a few others. We are rarely sick. I can’t tell you the last time we went to the doctor because of illness. We are both in our early sixties.
So all that are reading this, try to do as much of this as you can and eat as healthy as you can and hopefully your quality of life will be good. As far as how long we will be here, that is up to the Lord.
