This was the first post back in 2008 under the Health and Nutrition section of my blog John McTernan’s Insights.
I am reposting the articles on this blog to once again bring out important information and also build up information for the search engine. I will also post lots of the latest information.

Vitamin D3 the most important vitamin for you.

After years of study and observation, I have come to the conclusion that Vitamin D3 is the most important nutritional factor for your body. This vitamin is made in our body with sun light. The further north you live the more you have to supplement with Vitamin D. We spend significant amount of time indoors and do not received enough sunlight. Age is a factor for both the young and old.

Vitamin D touches so much of our body’s health that I am not going to list them here. My first post on the blog will be how important Vitamin D is for our body.

Mozart, MD – Music for the Mind and Body This article shows the power of music on our brain. Mozart’s music can actually prevent seizures in people who are prone to it! I also think that rock music has the opposite effect on the brain. Rock music and drugs with sexual immorality go together. The good ole fashion hymns are the way to go. I think the church needs the ole hymns to get us back to worshiping the Lord without the beat of rock music interfering. Psalm 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
