I am trying to post as many articles as possible, so people can see and apply the benefits of nutrition for their health. All of this is to help your quality of life and keep you away from the Babylonian health system. I will always post articles about the benefits of Vitamin D3.
Mediterranean Diet Enriched With Olive Oil May Protect Bone Americans do not use much olive oil. I cannot state too strongly how important this oil is for your health. Everyone should take three tablespoons a day. Please do not buy the inexpensive oil in the supermarket. You want virgin, cold pressed oil which is NOT heated or produced with chemicals. This oil is more expensive but well worth it.
The different brands have different tastes, so you might want to try several until you find the taste you like.
“Age-related bone mass loss and decreased bone strength affects women and men alike are an important determinant of osteoporosis and fracture risk. Studies have shown that the incidence of osteoporosis in Europe is lower in the Mediterranean basin. The traditional Mediterranean diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, with a high intake of olives and olive oil could be one of the environmental factors underlying this difference.’
Please share this website with your friends. I want to get as many people healthy and away from the medical system as possible. The medical-money-milking-machine keeps many people enslaved to their drugs and treatments without the people ever getting better. God wants you healthy, but His system you have to find by faith.
May the Holy God of Israel bless and protect you.
Nutrition
“Probably no food has been more vilified than the egg. I have heard all the lines: “My doctor told me to avoid eggs.” “Eggs raise your cholesterol levels.” “Eggs cause heart disease.” But I can assure you that there is no better food in the world than an organic egg. Eggs are the only food source that contains a full complement of essential amino acids — the building blocks for protein in the body. Eggs are the best source for amino acids. Yet in my practice, I see many patients with deficiencies of amino acids. Organic eggs also provide healthy sources of protein and fat. Adequate protein and fat help absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.”
Study: Grapes Protect At-Risk Hearts
“Men who have metabolic syndrome can help protect their hearts by eating grapes, according to new research published in the Journal of Nutrition. Researchers found that men who ate grapes reduced blood pressure, improved blood flow and reduced inflammation. Natural components found in grapes, known as polyphenols, are thought to be responsible for these beneficial effects.”
Study found MS treatment boosts vitamin D production “The authors also discovered that participants with sufficient vitamin D levels on IFN-β treatment had a decreased risk of relapse when compared to patients with insufficient vitamin D levels.”
Sun exposure: Benefits beyond D production The following is just one benefit:
Treats skin diseases. These diseases include treatment of lupus vulgaris, psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis and localized scleroderma. Why phototherapy works in the treatment of these diseases is not completely understood (usually broadband UVB or narrow-band UVB, but sometimes UVA also), researchers do know of some mechanisms during phototherapy. UV radiation reduces the rate of cell proliferation in the skin, activation and proliferation of melanocytes, reduction of T-lymphocytes, and reduction of Langerhans and mast cells.”
Iron, Vitamins Could Affect Physical Fitness in Adolescents
Daily Chocolate Boosts Brain Function If you know someone with dementia, get them drinking cocoa right away. I have taught this for years. More research now confirms this.
“Scores significantly improved in the ability to relate visual stimuli to motor responses, working memory, task-switching and verbal memory for those drinking the high and intermediate flavanol drinks. Participants drinking daily higher levels of flavanol drinks had significantly higher overall cognitive scores than those participants drinking lower-levels. Insulin resistance, blood pressure and oxidative stress also decreased in those drinking high and intermediate levels of flavanols daily Changes in insulin resistance explained about 40 percent of the composite scores for improvements in cognitive functioning.”

Food ingredient linked to Alzheimer’s “Diacetyl, a flavoring used to produce the buttery flavor and aroma in some processed food may be linked to Alzheimer’s disease, U.S. researchers say.”
Antibiotics Tied to Liver Damage I use antibiotics as only the last resort. Try and build up your immune system, so you do not need antibiotics. They are not candy but have side effects, especially in your intestines. After finishing antibiotics, you should immediately take probiotics to restore the flora in the gut. Again, antibiotics are not candy but can have powerful side effects that can cause you severe trouble.
“A new study, published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, found moxifloxacin and levofloxacin – two widely used broad-spectrum “fluoroquinolone” antibiotics prescribed for bacterial infections – more than double the risk of acute liver damage in people who take them.”
Chemical in many antibacterial soaps linked with impaired muscle function I recommend that for mouthwash you use Hydrogen peroxide and use a mineral stick for deodorant. Stay away from as many chemicals as possible.
“Introduced in the 1970s, the compound triclosan has become an increasingly popular ingredient in many antibacterial soaps and other personal-care items, such as deodorants and mouthwashes. However, as the chemical’s popularity continues to grow, a recent report has raised concerns about some frightening risks that triclosan could pose to public health.”

How do you suggest taking olive oil? I saw 2 tbsps. 3 times daily. Are you drinking it, like on a spoon? Or, cooking? Or are you drizzling it on food? I am trying it on some warm food, but it sure has a strong taste.
A holistic doctor started me on chia seeds. I am soaking them in drinks. Ever had them?
I take the olive oil on a spoon.
Some people who do not like the taste mix it with other flavors.
Please try different brands as there are lots of different flavors.
Use it as much as you can and in as many different ways as possible.
You cannot take too much of it!!!
Amen. Nice article and well said in Jesus name, Amen!
