Pasture-raised eggs are one of the richest sources of bioactive nutrients

On Saturday night at 9:00 PM EST, I have a blog talk radio show called God’s Health System and Protection. During this show, we pray for people’s health and protection as found in Psalm 91 and also discuss health information found posted on this blog. You are welcome to attend: God’s Heath System and Protection. The information discussed is cutting edge for your health. The show is archived if you cannot attend it live.
Commentary
The goal of this blog now is to build up your health and especially the immune system to withstand the coming pestilences that are now rampant in America and the world. God gave the knowledge to prepare for pestilences, so take advantage of this information.
The focus is posting articles with great information that can immediately help your health and quality of life.
God bless you.
Pestilence
Superbug strikes again, killing two in North Carolina
“Health officials said two Charlotte-area residents have died from CRE in recent months, and and three people have acquired CRE infections while in Carolinas HealthCare System hospitals this year. About 15 people with existing CRE infections have been treated in Carolinas HealthCare hospitals.”
Baddest Bug: C. Diff Hits Half a Million Americans
“More than 450,000 Americans get infected with the deadly bug Clostridium difficile each year, according to a new report. And almost all cases are caused by the overuse of antibiotics. “C. difficile was responsible for almost half a million infections and was associated with approximately 29,000 deaths in 2011,” the team of researchers reported Wednesday in the New England Journal of Medicine. That’s almost twice as many deaths as any other survey has shown before for the infection, usually called C. diff for short. “This national estimate of C. difficile infection is higher than previous U.S. estimates (240,000 to 333,000),” they wrote.”
Hospitals Incubate the Vilest Superbugs
Superbugs are the three horsemen of the post-antibiotic apocalypse, and they do the most harm where people go to get well—hospitals. Superbugs lurk in the crevices of devices that made surgeries and diagnostic procedures safer and less invasive. For now, the worst superbug, Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE), is confined to hospitals and other medical facilities. If it escaped into the community, we would be a step closer to a post-antibiotic world Recently, at the UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, CA, seven patients were infected and two were killed by a deadly bacterial outbreak of CRE, also known as a “superbug,”
Antibiotics
Antibiotics On Food Causing Children To Have Allergic Reactions To Fruits, Vegetables
“The girl had a history of asthma, seasonal allergies, and allergies to milk and penicillin. None of the ingredients in the pie were triggers for her. It turns out the problem was the antibiotic streptomycin. The blueberries had been treated with this drug to keep bacteria, fungi, and algae from growing on the fruit. Dr. James DeAngelo, an allergy specialist said, “This could explain why so many people insist they’re allergic to berries, but when we test them to berries, they’re negative, and then they re-consume berries, they seem to tolerate them.” He added that true allergies to any kind of berry are extremely rare.”
Antibiotics give rise to new communities of harmful bacteria
“Most people have taken an antibiotic to treat a bacterial infection. Now researchers reveal that the way we often think about antibiotics — as straightforward killing machines — needs to be revised. The work not only adds a new dimension to how we treat infections, but also might change our understanding of why bacteria produce antibiotics in the first place.”
Immune System
Breastfeeding, other factors help shape immune system early in life
“For years now, we’ve always thought that a sterile environment was not good for babies. Our research shows why. Exposure to these microorganisms, or bacteria, in the first few months after birth actually help stimulate the immune system,” Dr. Johnson says. “The immune system is designed to be exposed to bacteria on a grand scale. If you minimize those exposures, the immune system won’t develop optimally.”
How to kill Candida and balance gut flora in a week
“People that suffer from an overabundance of yeast like Candida, or any other type of fungal infection, need to cut out sugars. This protocol has worked for many people, and it works faster and better than any medication as long as the diet is right, refined sugars are not ingested, and the body is not filled with toxic pharmaceuticals. This includes vaccines. Vaccinations have toxins in them that kill gut flora and weaken the immune system.”
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D deficiency linked more closely to diabetes than obesity
“People who have low levels of vitamin D are more likely to have diabetes, regardless of how much they weigh, according to a new study. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and maintain bone and muscle health. The skin naturally produces this vitamin after exposure to sunlight. People also absorb smaller amounts of the vitamin through foods, such as milk fortified with vitamin D. More than 1 billion people worldwide are estimated to have deficient levels of vitamin D due to limited sunshine exposure.”

Nutrition
Pasture-raised eggs are one of the richest sources of bioactive nutrients
“Eggs are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. A whole egg contains all the nutrients required to turn a single cell into a baby chicken. Pasture-raised eggs are one of the richest sources of bioactive nutrients that enhance hormone function, reduce inflammation, improve fat-burning, and enhance brain function. Chickens are designed to naturally graze on grass, weeds, worms, and insects. When they are able to do this they bioaccumulate omega-3 fatty acids, carotenoid anti-oxidants, and major minerals like magnesium.”
An ingredient in olive oil that appears to kill cancer cells
“Scientists knew that oleocanthal killed some cancer cells, but no one really understood how this occurred. Breslin believed that oleocanthal might be targeting a key protein in cancer cells that triggers a programmed cell death, known as apoptosis, and worked with Foster and Legendre to test his hypothesis. “We needed to determine if oleocanthal was targeting that protein and causing the cells to die,” Breslin said.”
Cancer
New weapon in the fight against cancer could be in your body already
“A tool for keeping the most common forms of cancer at bay could be in your gut, a new study concludes. For the study, the research team tested thousands of chemicals found in the body with the help of a robot and discovered more than 20 that could delay the aging process, something inevitably linked to cancer.”
Health
BPA plastics chemical causing sperm count decline
“A recent study conducted by researchers from Washington State University substantiates earlier claims regarding the connection between endocrine mimickers, such as bisphenol A (BPA), and fertility complications in men and women, according to a report by the Press Association. Hormone disruptors, found in a variety of sources, continue to pose a very real threat to humans as they alter the normal functioning of hormones, interfering with signaling processes that tell our tissues what to do.”
Conclusion
Your physical health is very important, but of even greater importance is your spiritual health. Man suffers from a fatal spiritual disease called sin, which always leads to death.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
