Commentary
I had my first physical therapy session today. It went real well. The therapist was very satisfied with the strength in my legs and opened the leg braces 30 degrees. This means that I can now bend my knees for the first time in six weeks! My left knee is recovering faster, but I hope real soon the right is just as strong.
The studies showing the benefits of Vitamin D3 are still coming nonstop. It is just amazing to see study after study reporting the incredible benefits of this vitamin to your health.
I found an excellent article showing the dose of Vitamin D3 needed each day. I mentioned how the FDA would try and debunk this vitamin like it did with Vitamin E. The FDA used bogus studies to try and destroy the benefits of this vitamin. With Vitamin D3, the FDA could not debunk it because of the overwhelming evidence how powerful is this vitamin. What they did was downplay the daily dosage to 800 IUs! The medical establishment tried to suppress Vitamin D, but they were unable. I recommend that everyone take Vitamin D3 to maintain their health at a high level.
