Berries: Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and cranberries
Beans: Small red beans and kidney, pinto and black beans
Fruits: Many apple varieties (with peels), avocados, cherries, green and red pears, fresh or dried plums, pineapple, oranges, and kiwi28:33
