Introduction

Commentary
Isaiah 58:8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.
The Bible is such an amazing book. It is not a book directly on health, but when it touches the issue of health it is just what the doctor ordered! The prophet Isaiah writes about both the spiritual and physical benefits of fasting. Now science has finally caught up with Isaiah and tests are proving how beneficial fasting is for our health! I am recommending that if anyone is suffering with a chronic illness they begin to fast according to Isaiah 58. Why not fast for both your spiritual and physical health.

The never ending benefits of Vitamin D and the Omega-3 fats continue. I never realized the importance of Vitamin D until I began the Health Section of the blog. What a blessing this has been to me.
