Introduction

Commentary
When I started to post articles on health, a pattern developed which has been a great blessing to me and others, who I shared the information with. Immediately, I began to see how important Vitamin D was to our health. I knew it was important, but had no idea just how important.
What also jumped out was how important were the teeth and gums. I have posted many studies showing how poor teeth are the source of many diseases. I have encouraged everyone to look after their teeth.
A study has just come out about heart attacks and strokes occurring shortly after dental work. The reason for this is that the procedure can release dangerous bacteria into the blood stream. This bacteria gets into the circulatory system and wrecks havoc which can lead to a heart attack.
My suggestion is that before major work on your teeth or gums, that you increase your intake of Vitamin D and E along with olive oil. Then for a few weeks afterward, that you greatly increase the intake. This should significantly aid your body to resist any damage from the bacteria. If you already have a heart problem, I would bring this to the attention of your doctor.
Once again, I cannot over emphasize how important your teeth and gums are to your overall health.
