Commentary
For anyone first reading the Health and Nutrition post, please read this first: Your Health. I also recommend that you first view my postings on Vitamin D and the Omega 3 oils. Just go to the search engine on the top left hand corner of this blog, and type in Vitamin D part 1 and then part 2 and 3. These three posts show the overwhelming evidence of just how important Vitamin D3 is to your health. Start taking Vitamin D3 now! Do the same for the Omega-3 oils.
Two studies just came out that I have to post right away. These involve olive oil and Omega 3 oils. They are fantastic studies which show just how important are these two oils.
For the Omega-3 oils, I recommend liquid flavored Cod Liver Oil. It takes a brave person to swallow unflavored Cod Liver Oil. I tell you this so you don’t get the unflavored and think I am crazy. There are other good oils such as Salmon, but I think CLO is the best. Researchers have identified DHA in the oil which kills cancer cells.
“Docosahexanoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fatty acid found in fish oils, has been shown to reduce the size of tumors and enhance the positive effects of the chemotherapy drug cisplatin, while limiting its harmful side effects.”
If you read my teaching Your Health, I write about how important Olive Oil is to your health. The latest study identifies the DHPEA-EDA as the nutrient that is so beneficial to the heart. Please, when you purchase Olive Oil read the label very carefully. You want to take the oil that is first cold pressed. The heated oil is worthless for health.
“Scientists have pinned down the constituent of olive oil that gives greatest protection from heart attack and stroke. In a study of the major antioxidants in olive oil, Portuguese researchers showed that one, DHPEA-EDA, protects red blood cells from damage more than any other part of olive oil.”
When these oils are part of your daily diet, you are a long way down the road to a good lifetime of health. It is never too late to start.

Blue Light And Hydrogen Peroxide May Effectively Treat Biofilms That Cause Cavities And Gum Disease I use Hydrogen Peroxide as much as I can. I do use it for brushing my teeth. It is not to be swallowed and is somewhat bitter, but it is great for the health of the entire mouth. If you have gum disease, try the Hydrogen Peroxide as it may greatly help.
