I also recommend that you first view my postings on Vitamin D and the Omega 3 oils. Just go to the search engine on the top left hand corner of this blog, and type in Vitamin D part 1 and then part 2 and 3. These three posts show the overwhelming evidence of just how important Vitamin D3 is to your health. Start taking Vitamin D3 now! Do the same for the Omega-3 oils. Commentary
Without fail, there is another study about how critical Vitamin D is for the heart. This vitamin is the key to health.
I posted several studies that show how dangerous depression and loneliness is for your health. Loneliness can kill you at an early age. Depression is just as dangerous. The Bible states that it is not good for man to be alone. We are not meant to live isolated:

The Lord Jesus can take the sense of loneliness out of a person. The reality of the Lord in one’s life brings joy and keeps the loneliness away.

There is a tremendous study on how to protect your mind from Alzheimer’s disease. The addition of olive oil into the diet offers this protection! I posted the importance of olive oil in the health teaching section. This oil is needed like the Omega 3’s. You want to take COLD PRESSED, virgin oil. The other oil is useless for your health. If you know someone with Alzheimer’s start giving them olive oil. Make taking this oil a part of your life. Your vehicle will not run without engine oil for very long. Your body was designed by the LORD to run on oil. You must take olive oil along with the Omega 3s.
