This is especially important for your children. By letting the children drink soda, their bodies are being set up for terrible diseases not too long down the road.

Sugary Sodas Linked to Kidney Disease Soda can be deadly. I had to fight to keep my children away from it, but in the long run it paid off. Drink plenty of green tea and NOT soda.
