I also recommend that you first view my postings on Vitamin D and the Omega 3 oils. Just go to the search engine on the top left hand corner of this blog, and type in Vitamin D part 1 and then part 2 and 3. These three posts show the overwhelming evidence of just how important Vitamin D3 is to your health. Start taking Vitamin D3 now! Do the same for the Omega-3 oils. I also added Resveratrol to this list. It is found in wine and many fruits. You can get Resveratrol supplements at health food stores.
Commentary
I have posted more studies about the importance of Vitamin D3 and how critical it is for your health. This is on top of the dozens I already posted. Be diligent and immediately start taking this Vitamin. I take 2000 IUs a day. I’ve posted articles about the outbreak of the Bubonic type plague in Europe, and how scientists are concerned this might spread worldwide. Your main defense is a strong immune system and Vitamin D3 is the key to building up your immune system. There is a lead in time for you system to reach its full potential. If you are not taking Vitamin D3 NOW is the time to start. The Bible directs us to be diligent, so don’t put this off but start immediately. I also recommend to take Cod Liver Oil with the Vitamin D.

This article is absolutely correct~~If I lived in the country I would be a genius!!! LOL….JK.
There are truely times when we city folk need a break from all the hustle and bustle, and especially the noise.
In my quiet times I seek my creativity. Its a way of escape. If I lived in a quieter place such as the country, would I have ever sought this artistic talent? I dont know.
