This is the first post under the Health and Nutrition section. I am requesting that for the first time you read this section, you first go the heading on the right column titled: Health and Nutrition. The article there is foundational to all the Updates I post under Health and Nutrition. I believe that there is tremendous health related information that is being missed by most people. Some of it is critical to the length and quality of your life. I will try and post only a few items at a time, so not as to tie you up time wise. Please read each article, because I want you to know something very important about your health. If necessary, I will comment about the article.

I want you to first realize how important Vitamin D is to your health. The following information comes from my foundational information on Vitamin D:

After years of study and observation, I have come to the conclusion that Vitamin D is the most important nutritional factor for your body. This vitamin is made in our body with sun light. The further north you live the more you have to supplement with Vitamin D. We spend significant amount of time indoors and do not received enough sunlight. Age is a factor for both the young and old. Vitamin D touches so much of our body that I am not going to list them here. My first post on the blog will be how important Vitamin D is for our body. You will be amazed just as I was.

Mozart, MD – Music for the Mind and Body 6/16/8 This article shows the power of music on our brain. Mozart’s music can actually prevent seizures in people who are prone to it! I also think that rock music has the opposite effect on the brain. Rock music and drugs with sexual immorality go together. The good ole fashion hymns are the way to go. I think the church needs the ole hymns to get us back to worshipping the Lord without the beat of rock music interfering. Psalm 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
