Your post made me research how much sun you need to get Vitamin D naturally. I really can’t afford the supplements for my family.
Although I live in the US in the south this article was informative as to how often and how long you need to be in the sun to get adequate amounts of vitamin D naturally. Thanks for pointing out the necessity for the vitamin.
