For anyone first reading the Health and Nutrition post, please read this first: Your Health. I also recommend that you first view my postings on Vitamin D and the Omega 3 oils. Just go to the search engine on the top left hand corner of this blog, and type in Vitamin D part 1 and then part 2 and 3. These three posts show the overwhelming evidence of just how important Vitamin D3 is to your health. Start taking Vitamin D3 now! Do the same for the Omega-3 oils. I also added Resveratrol to this list. It is found in wine and many fruits. You can get Resveratrol supplements at health food stores.
