Commentary
The goal of this blog now is to build up your health and especially the immune system to withstand the coming pestilences that are now rampant in America and the world. God gave the knowledge to prepare for pestilences, so take advantage of this information. The focus is posting articles with great information that can immediately help your health and quality of life.
This may be one of the most important blog posts we’ve ever done because of the articles on the dangerous, contaminated foods that are being imported from China. The first step in protecting your health is nutrition, and when foods not only lack nutrition but are potentially hazardous or could cause fatalities, then it’s time to pay careful attention to where your food originates and under what circumstances it’s being produced – both for yourself and your pets.
Whenever possible, buy local, fresh produce and meats, rather than canned or frozen. At a minimum, make certain that labels tell you where these foods originate and are processed, and if they don’t tell you that information, DON’T but them. It may take a bit longer to use fresh ingredients, and they may cost a bit more, but what is your health worth to you?
Why is all of this happening? See below for videos that answer this question.
God bless you.

GMO and Contaminated Foods
Avoid these foods from China: they are filled with plastic, pesticides and cancer-causing chemicals Although we generally only print a synopsis and urge you to click on the site for more information if it’s a subject that interests you, this is so crucial (and potentially deadly) that we’re reprinting the entire article here. The products mentioned are staples in the American diet, and most of us have no idea that the bulk of them are coming from China (especially when there are local sources for them). What are the FDA and our government doing? It’s apparent that there’s an agenda here, and that doesn’t involve the protection of American consumers.
“Generally speaking, quality control and employee health are not issues that Chinese industry or the Chinese government are overly concerned about, especially in comparison to U.S. and European standards. But there are some foods and products you should definitely avoid completely if they are produced by the Asian giant.
That said, a lot of food consumed throughout North America and Europe is nevertheless imported from China, but that comes at an additional cost over and above the price on the products. The food awareness site, Why Dont You Try This, reported that some “food” companies in China were mass-producing fake rice made from plastic, which of course can cause serious digestive issues (where is our Federal Trade Commission, by the way?), and may even be fatal if consumed daily.
The site also reported on 10 other foods made in China, which have serious contamination and health problems, and should be avoided at all times:
Tilapia: An astounding 80 percent of tilapia, a whitefish that is sold in the U.S., comes from China. These fish are bottom feeders anyway, and eat nearly anything. With so much water pollution in China, eating anything raised in contaminated water would not be safe, of course. In addition, one study says that tilapia is less healthy than bacon, the site reported.
Cod: Another popular whitefish in the U.S., about 50 percent of cod consumed in America comes from China. Again, there is the water pollution and feeding issue; and what’s more, there are not many restrictions in China for exporting these kinds of products.
Apple juice: Again, about half of all apple juice sold in America comes from China (because it’s cheaper, supposedly). Chinese farmers are known to use harmful (to humans and the environment) herbicides on the food they grow, and this even includes herbicides that the government has banned (so they must be bad). Your best bet here is to make your own apple juice at home from locally grown organic crops.
Processed mushrooms: More than one-third of the processed mushrooms sitting on grocery shelves in the U.S. – 34 percent – come from China. Like the apples, it’s hard to tell where and how the mushrooms are grown. To be safe, buy local, organic mushrooms, or buy a trusted American or Canadian brand.
Garlic: An alarming 31 percent of garlic in American grocery stores come from China, and these are grown using herbicides containing, mainly, methyl bromide. That’s just not safe.
Chicken: In 2013, the website noted, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture approved the sale of Chinese chicken in the U.S. (as if there isn’t enough chicken grown domestically). As with fish, the manner in which Chinese chickens are fed is highly questionable – and unsafe. China is also often plagued with viruses like the avian flu and other food-borne illnesses.
Plastic rice: This one is hard to imagine since rice is a staple in Asia. However, major amounts of fake rice have been seized by authorities in China, and reports say that the product is actually a mixture of potatoes combined with synthetic resin. The goal, of course, is to make money; scam artists have been imitating a popular form of Chinese rice known as “Wuchang,” a rice that remains hard after boiling. But long-term consumption of this food can cause cancer, the website noted.
Black pepper (mud): One vendor in China was caught selling mud as “black pepper.” This is a local problem, but you never know.
Industrial salt: Like pepper-mud, this, too, is a localized problem, but it seems as though industrial salt is making its way to Chinese tables. But in reality, any salt from China could contain an industrial mix, which can contribute to high blood pressure and an added risk of heart attack and stroke.”

9 Toxic Fake Foods Made in China Contain Plastic, Pesticides and Cancer Causing Chemicals This article contains a few of the same items as the article above, but it also lists other different ones that you absolutely need to avoid.
“China is known for many things, but they’re perhaps most infamous for their counterfeit items. Recently it spread across the media about the plastic rice but no one has done anything about it. Consuming this artificial rice can harm the digestive system and also can damage hormones. BPA from the plastic is being ingested in the body, it imitates estrogen, with that – the levels of estrogen are becoming too high. But now there are more items and products made of this plastic which is poisonous and harmful for your health and can cause various deadly diseases…
Imitation Eggs
Some Chinese websites videos claim that you can earn $70 a day by producing & selling fake eggs. Chemicals which is used are “Alginic Acid, Potassium Alum, Gelatin, Calcium Chloride, water and artificial color.” The eggshells are made from Calcium Carbonate. Eating these eggs may cause memory-loss and dementia.Walnuts stuffed by cement
In 2012 a man purchased shelled walnuts in Zhengzhou city, China only to find broken concrete pieces inside. The concrete was wrapped in paper to prevent it from making a suspicious noise when the nut was shaken. The vendor who sold the walnuts was trying to gain more profit by selling these fake nuts that were much heavier than the real thing. (5)Sweet Potato Noodles
A facility in Zhongshan city, China made at least 5.5 tons of fake noodles. In 2011, people started complaining that what were supposed to be sweet potato noodles tasted strange. Further investigation led to a revelation that the noodles were composed of corn with an industrial ink used to give them a purple color, and paraffin wax. (6)Making beef out of pork
Because pork is less expensive in China, some restaurants have sold it instead of beef – but not before they performed some chemistry on it. What they use are a beef extract and a glazing agent to “marinate” the meat in for 90 minutes. Doctors have advised people to stay away from this fake product as its long-term use may cause “slow poisoning, deformity, and even cancer.”Green peas
China is exporting fake green peas. These peas have been made of soy beans, snow peas, green color and sodium metabisulfite (a synthetic that is originally used as a bleach and additive). The green color is cancerous and prevents the body to absorb calcium. These peas are not quite like the natural ones when it comes to their look, and when boiled, they paint the water unnaturally green.Baby Formula
Their fake formula contains very few nutrients, was likely made of chalk, and makes the children develop a “big head disease,” which makes their heads swell and the rest of their bodies slowly deteriorate.”

The Depopulation Agenda For a New World Order Agenda This is a subject with which everyone should be familiar. Are all of these GMO foods, vaccinations, and contaminated foods being pushed on us by accident or negligence? Or are they showing up in local stores just so those involved can make more profit? Those may be some of the reasons, but there also is a more nefarious agenda behind all of this. That’s why it’s up to you to become familiar with what’s going on, and to take steps to protect yourself. This video may be long, but it’s worth watching in full so that you know what’s occurring at the highest levels of government and on a global level. We’d urge everyone to view it.
Agenda 21: UN Global Control masked as Environmentalism! Here’s another, very short video that explains the goals of UN’s Agenda 21 (now called “The 2030 Agenda”) which is being slowly implemented acoss the US.

How To Make Fresh Pasta from Scratch It’s really easy to make your own fresh pasta (I’ve done it for a long time) and there’s nothing to compare to the taste! You’ll never want to eat that hard, dry, grocery store pasta again. A press to roll it out can be purchased inexpensively at any kitchen store for a little over $20 (or at Amazon, which carries everything) and it doesn’t take more than a few minutes to make your own. The health benefits can’t be measured, since you can use fresh, healthy ingredients. That’s really important with all of the contaminated food we’re hearing about. Friends will think you’re a gourmet chef – and you’ll save lots of money too!
“This weekend, let’s all solemnly swear to break out the dusty pasta maker that’s been stashed away on a high shelf and get rolling. Do you know how easy it is to make pasta at home? Really easy! Here’s a great recipe for a basic egg pasta and a step-by-step guide through the entire process.”
Cancer News
Alcohol, Processed Meats Boost Stomach Cancer
“Alcohol, processed meats — such as hot dogs, ham and bacon — and excess weight all may raise a person’s risk of stomach cancer, a new review finds. Further, the risk seems to increase as a person drinks more alcohol, or eats more processed meats or gains more weight, the review states.
It was released by the American Institute for Cancer Research and the World Cancer Research Fund.
The review concludes that in the United States, about one in seven stomach cancer cases could be prevented if people did not drink more than three alcoholic drinks a day, did not eat processed meat and maintained a healthy weight. That’s approximately 4,000 stomach cancer cases every year.
“This is the first report to find strong evidence of these links,” said Alice Bender, head of nutrition programs at the cancer institute. “There are things we can do to lower our risk for cancer. There are choices we make every day that can make a difference.”
Drinking Water
Lead-Contaminated Water Becoming Increasingly Prevalent Although Flint, Michigan has been in the news recently for lead contamination in their water, that doesn’t mean this is the only location where it’s a problem. It could be a problem in individual homes as well, depending on what type of pipes you have and how old they are. Make sure yours is safe; your life could depend on it. And as the following two articles make clear, it’s a problem for children in many locations because of dangerous levels of lead in school water.
“In April 2014, the state of Michigan took over management of the city of Flint, and as a cost-saving measure decided to switch the city’s water from treated Detroit Water and Sewerage Department water to water from the notoriously polluted Flint River.
What followed was a human rights travesty. People started suffering health problems, including rashes, hair loss and vision problems, yet state managers insisted the water was safe. This stance was maintained even in the face of third-party independent water testing.
In August 2015, Virginia Tech scientists led by Marc Edwards, Ph.D.2 discovered Flint’s tap water was contaminated with, in some cases, astronomically high levels of lead.
They also found a number of other toxins, including high levels of trihalomethanes3 — carcinogenic byproducts from water treatment — and dangerous bacteria such as E.coli and Legionella, the latter of which is suspected of causing an outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease…
Lead is a well-recognized neurotoxin. Even the Romans in the second century B.C. understood its dangers. European countries began banning the use of lead in consumer goods in the early 1900s, yet the United States still to this day doesn’t take as firm a stance against it as we should.”
Lead taints drinking water in hundreds of schools, day cares across USA: Some 350 water systems that failed lead tests in recent years provide drinking water to schools and child-care centers
“Whenever Jamison Rich got thirsty after gym or recess, he took a drink from the nearest water fountain at his elementary school.
Only last month did his family learn that the water bubbling out of some fountains contained high levels of lead, a notorious toxin that can silently damage developing brains and slow growth in little bodies like his.
Recently, a blood test on the 7-year-old found more than twice the average level of lead for young children, even though as far as anyone knows he’s never come in contact with lead paint or tainted soil.”
Pa. tops nation in daycares and schools with lead in water: report
“A USA Today report lists Pennsylvania as the state with the most schools and daycares with water containing high levels of lead in the country. The schools noted in the report are those operating their own water supplies, something roughly 10 percent of schools do nationwide.
The report looked at Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) data from 2012 to 2015 and only included water systems that tested above the level requiring “action” by the agency.
That level, 15 parts per billion (ppb), was exceeded 157 times at more than 100 pre-schools, private businesses, churches and municipal buildings across the Commonwealth, as well as at least one municipal water supply.”
Pet Health
Natural, American Made Pet Treats and Pet Food: Don’t Compromise on Your Companion’s Care This article covers some basic questions about pet foods and its origins, and what you should know to properly feed your pet. For example, “Does buying dog food that says ‘Made in USA’ on the label automatically mean that your dog/cat is 100% safe?” and “Does seeing the word “Natural” on the label mean the pet food is 100% healthier?” It also contains a list of pet foods and treats that are manufactured in the USA. It’s well worth reading if you have a pet.

“Do you know what is in the food you give to your cat? Do you read the labels of your dog’s treats? What do you really know about your pet food and treats?
Important Update: The FDA has launched an ongoing investigation into pet deaths and illnesses related to the consumption of beef jerky treats. It is estimated that over 1,000 dogs have died. Nearly all of the reported deaths/illnesses can be traced to jerky imported from China. See the FDA notice here. We’ve compiled a list of sources for dog treats made in the USA. Please save and share it in addition to the article below and our other related pet articles.
Here are some tips and suggestions to help you decide what is good for your furry family member. Always remember to consult your veterinarian when changing the diet of your cat or dog. Like humans, every animal is different. Some have allergies, sensitivities and medical issues which could even be associated with a certain dog or cat breeds.”
Dog Food Advisor: Saving Good Dogs from Bad Food This is a site that everyone with a dog should have bookmarked. It’s run by a man with a Medical College degree, boasting a major in chemistry and minor in biology – so he knows what he’s looking for, in terms of nutrition. He’s also an obvious dog lover! They have detailed ratings for over 4,500 foods. It’s the best resource I know of for choosing a food.
BTW, Audie loves Earthborn Holistic Grain Free Primitive Natural, made from bison meal – a 5 star brand. He thinks he’s worth it – and so do I!
“The Dog Food Advisor is a public service website designed to help you make a more informed decision when buying dog food…
No question about it. Your veterinarian can be a valuable source of information about canine nutrition.
However, there’s a whole lot more to know about dog food than simply canine nutrition. Since 2008, my staff and I have researched, reviewed and rated more than 4,563 dog food products.
We know who actually makes each dog food, the company’s recall history and safety practices.
We know how to read labels and correctly interpret the nutritional content. We also know how to find out where the ingredients come from, which additives are safe and which ones are toxic…
Plus dozens of other important facts and statistics about every product.
We’ve also uncovered, investigated and announced some 129 dog food and dog treat recall events.
Every known recall that’s occurred within the United States and Canada — dating back to 2009.
In addition, because of our reputation for fairness, we also receive a continuous flood of insider tips and confidential information from our private network…”
Tell the FDA to Enact Stronger Pet Food Safety Regulations This is a petition site where you can sign on to demand stronger FDA regulations (especially for importing food from China used in pet food). So far, over 85,000 people have signed on. You also can sign up for the Animal Rescue Site while you’re here. They’ll send you a daily email reminder to click on their link, and for every daily click, sponsors donate free pet food to shelter animals. It costs you nothing except a couple of seconds daily.
Conclusion
Your physical health is very important, but of even greater importance is your spiritual health. Man suffers from a fatal spiritual disease called sin, which always leads to death.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
This is why Jesus Christ said we need the Spirit of God who gives us eternal life with Him. We need to be “born again” with a new spirit that is not subject to sin and death.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Right now, through repentance of the spiritual disease called sin, you can come to Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, for healing and assurance of eternal life.
Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
For those who love the Lord Jesus and are looking for His coming, the following is their future:
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
I’m surprised and happy that Donald Trump is the first candidate in my memory to identify China as a threat. Let’s pray he is able to survive and do something about it.
How are we alerted when buying foods if they are from China ?
Keep an eye on foods that are being imported from China – Natural News (where these two articles originate) usually does a good job of reporting on this, and you can sign up for updates from them – and we post articles about hazardous foods whenever they come to our attention. We scan lots of sources for the articles posted on this blog – so you might wish to subscribe. If foods (such as the ones listed in our post) are mentioned, then make sure you buy fresh from local sources such as farmers markets, or buy certified organic, for items such as rice. Products with that label must be free of pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, GMOs and anything else that could harm you – and that means they won’t be from China. For items such as fish, unless the country of origin is listed, DON’T buy it. Chicken is being mass-shipped from China for pet treats and for human consumption, so I only buy chicken that’s organic for myself, unless it’s a brand that I know originates nearby. And I don’t buy my dog treats at all except cookies made with US ingredients and baked nearby. It’s extra work and costs more, but good health is priceless.
