Proverbs 3: 5,6
Be not wise in thine own eyes:
fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
Introduction
For anyone first reading the Health and Nutrition post, please read this first: Your Health.
I also recommend that you first view my postings on Vitamin D and the Omega 3 oils. Just go to the search engine on the top left hand corner of this blog, and type in Vitamin D part 1 and then part 2 and 3. These three posts show the overwhelming evidence of just how important Vitamin D3 is to your health. Start taking Vitamin D3 now! Do the same for the Omega-3 oils. I also added Resveratrol to this list. It is found in wine and many fruits. You can get Resveratrol supplements at health food stores.
Commentary
Studies have slacked off with Vitamin D3 and the Omega 3 oils. I posted a few articles about your habits and how it effects your life and mind. There is real good information in those articles.
Oh, the articles about eggs is a real joke. This article is supposed to be a new idea, but this information is at least 40 years old. The medical establishment still refuses to seek the tremendous knowledge that is in the nutrition field.
God bless you.
Nutrition
In One Study, a Heart Benefit for Chocolate Nutritionists have known for decades the benefits of chocolate on the heart. The problem is that natural chocolate is very bitter. Then processing it and getting the bitterness out, 90 percent of the health benefit was destroyed. Within the last few years, they have found a way to keep the benefits and get rid of the bitterness.
Food Additive May One Day Help Control Blood Lipids And Reduce Disease Risk Nutritionists have known this for at least 40 years. I wrote about this in my introduction: Your Health. This is what I wrote about eggs. :
“Eggs: They are hated by the medical establishment. It seems like evil resides in an egg! They warn about the dangers of eating eggs and developing high blood cholesterol. Most people reading this article think that eggs are bad because they have high cholesterol. The problem is that eggs are also loaded with lecithin which is a cholesterol emulsifier! The lecithin is located in the yoke, and when you eat an egg the lecithin neutralizes the cholesterol. There is no connection between cholesterol in an egg and cholesterol in the bloodstream. If anyone knows proof there is such a connection, please email this information to [email protected]. Eggs should be eaten in moderation just like any other food. An egg a day will not harm your health.”

I live here in California, and have always sacrificed financially for my kids to attend christian School.
I have some concerning news. This tolerance for homosexuality is even in the private Christian schools. There are kids in these schools that are Bi-sexual and or homosexual. The students are being told to accept the person but not the sin.
More and more this life style is being accepted by society, and the individuals in this particular sin are being viewed as victims.
sorry~ It appears I placed my post above under the wrong blog 🙂
