Health and Nutrition: Cocoa
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Introduction
On the top left is the search engine for this blog. If you have a health issue, please use this search engine, as I have posted several hundred research articles.
If you have followed the Health and Nutrition postings, you know that I have no use for the Babylonian health system. Most of it, not all of it, is based on lies and deception especially about dealing with degenerative diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer. The suffers get placed on a medicine merry-go-round and seldom, if every, get better. It becomes a medical, money-milking machine that scoffs at any natural cure; thus I call it the “Babylonian health system,” as it is more of a cult mentality than science.
One benefit of doing this Health and Nutrition update is that I come across dozens of health related articles every week. Because of this, I was able to see patterns in health that I never realized. The major one was Vitamin D3 and the overwhelming evidence of how great it is for our health. Taking this vitamin is a great way to stay out of hands of the Babylonians.
The second one that I identified is cocoa and chocolate. I have not posted about this but have been accumulating many research articles about the incredible health benefits of natural chocolate, not the milk chocolate candy bars.
The health benefits of chocolate has been known since the 1930s, but the problem has been that cocoa is naturally very bitter. During the process to make it taste good and sweet, the health value was destroyed. There are groups of people in Central America that made cocoa in its natural form a main part of their diet. The scientists were amazed at their longevity along with their health, especially the cardiovascular health.
Recently, a process was developed to eliminate the bitterness from the cocoa without destroying its antioxidant value known as the ORAC value. The ORAC score stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. Raw cocoa stands at 55,000, which makes it about the highest for foods. This is why people who drank cocoa as part of their main diet had such good health and longevity.

The raw cocoa is now available. I drink it as a tea. It is not sweet and has a slightly bitter taste, so I add some natural honey to it. This is not honey from the grocery store, but honey that is NOT boiled and found locally. I have found a great source for this cocoa from Sunfoods, and I am offering it through the blog.
I recommend that everyone drink this, as it will protect your health, and along with Vitamin D3, keep you from the Babylonians. It is especially important for anyone who has cardiovascular issues.
God has His natural health system which I have been posting on this blog. It is for the health maintenance of His people, if they would only come out from the Babylonian money-milking machine.
