The Omega 3 oils are so important to your health. Please limit the Omega 6 oils and stay way from fried fats as they are deadly for both your vascular system and brain. Please, start right now by using good Omega 3 supplements every day, and also put your children on Omega 3 oils.

The Trouble with soy, part 5. This is the final in the series. If you are using unfermented soy, please stop immediately. I believe soy is dangerous to your health. I also posted two recent studies showing the dangers of soy.
